SUMMARY:Australian chocolate and confectionery manufacturing companies - the forgotten ones
DESCRIPTION:Much has been written and discussed about the wonderful confectionery products (and to a lesser extent\, chocolate lines) that our industry developed commencing in the 1850s. \nBut what about those names lost in time that deserve recognition for the years of innovation that produced quality and often quirky products. \nThis one-hour talk looks at some of these local names\, such as Craig and Hales\, Lagoon\, Besters\, Griffiths\, James\, Simpsons\, Giant brand licorice\, and Molly Bushell barley sugar.
