Open house – Broadmeadows Museum

The Broadmeadows museum has reinvented itself with a new leadership team.

It has updated all of its displays and now has a focus on local history.

It has gone back its roots of the old Broadmeadows Shire, which includes Beveridge, Sunbury, Fawkner, and Pascoe Vale, and everything in between.

Discover wedding dresses from the Kelly clan, and a bureau which was given to the Head Teacher at the Broadmeadows school in 1888. That is part of our school display which includes old school desks.

Recent visitors have been impressed by our open plan layout and variety of items on display.
