The Changing Face of Gilbert Street

A permanently running video exhibit of the Changing Face of Gilbert Street in pictures will be shown in a shop window at 30A Gilbert from the 3 October to 31 October.  The first shop established in 1890 was Paynes store and post office. An official Post Office opened in 1943.
